LEGAL CONSULTANT FOR EMPLOYMENT LAW (MATERNITY LEAVE)

Do you have knowledge of, or do you want to try your hand at labor and employment law? Would you like to advise our member companies in the field of construction?

Personnel Law Construction is looking for a legal consultant to advise our members. This is a maternity leave until 31.12.2022 with the possibility of extension. Personnel law Construction handles the employment law advice for the construction industry in DI.

About the job
As a legal consultant in Personalejura Byggeri, you will be part of a larger team consisting of both professional consultants and legal consultants.

Your duties include

  • advise member companies in the field of construction on employment law issues
  • participate in the professional law processing of cases such as mediation meetings, organization meetings and joint meetings
  • participate in telephone guarding scheme
  • participate in the ordinary case processing in the department.

There is some travel activity in Denmark associated with the job.

About you
You have a master’s degree in law or a master’s degree in law. You have dealt with the field of employment law either during your studies or through your work. Experience of working with employment and employment law will be a plus but not a requirement.

It is important that you thrive in an outgoing role as an advisor and negotiator and are good at building relationships.

You are able to convey advice in a clear, correct and trustworthy language in both Danish and English.

About us
You are employed in a team with welcoming and competent colleagues. The team consists of consultants with a professional background as craftsmen, consultants with a legal background, student assistants and administrative staff.

We work independently and in teams and are involved in projects across DI. We solve tasks in close collaboration with colleagues and member companies. The tone is good and informal with emphasis on a good collegial community.

We have branches in both Copenhagen and Aarhus. The starting point is that the employment takes place in Copenhagen, but for the right candidate, the employment can also be in Aarhus.
