BESTSELLER is looking for an independent administration employee for our head office in Oslo. We are looking for someone with a financial or administrative background with the ability to take on challenges head on. Your smile and good mood spread to colleagues, and you work just as well independently as in a team. Your main task will be to follow up our customers, payments and maintain a good collaboration with both customers and colleagues. We offer a social work environment and a challenging and varied workday with good training.
Areas of responsibility and work
Handling of payments and bank guarantees
Follow-up of outstanding receivables
Maintain customer data in several internal systems
Contribute to the development and streamlining of systems and routines
Other incidental work.
You are a structured and service-oriented person with the ability to dive into the details, but who can also look up and see the big picture. You work proactively, accurately and efficiently, and have a good understanding of numbers. We look for you with good communication skills both in writing and orally as you will maintain a good dialogue with customers and work well with both the team and salespeople. You are not afraid to seek information to find solutions to problems and systems.
Relevant education in economics and administration.
Experience from accounting is an advantage.
Digital competence and good system understanding.
Advantage of knowledge of SAP (but not a requirement)
Good Excel knowledge is an advantage.
