Job Description
The Office AI du Valais is the cantonal competence center for Swiss Invalidity Insurance with 170 employees from different fields. He is responsible in Valais for individual insurance benefits for people with impaired health.

We are looking for an entry into office to suit a

Personal assistant (80% – 100%)

You work closely with the Director of the Office. You proactively support them on a daily basis in their strategic, operational and administrative tasks. You are the privileged point of contact for all internal and external requests.

Your missions are as follows:

Management support in areas related to Invalidity Insurance, at national and cantonal level
Interface with various internal and external contacts
Management and processing of administrative tasks (organization of sessions, agenda, incoming and outgoing mail, e-mails)
Writing of various reports and presentations
Information management
Participation in the development and monitoring of budgets; regular reporting to management
Participation in the development and management of internal and external projects

Profile description
With a background in business economics or training deemed equivalent, you show a marked interest in social policy issues and have proven experience in a similar position.

Thanks to your excellent organizational and writing skills, you are able to take on assigned tasks autonomously, reliably and proactively. Dynamic, you are a force for proposals in a continuous improvement process.

Flexible and resistant to stress, you know how to effectively manage several activities at the same time, with height of vision and humor. Loyal and discreet, you guarantee the confidentiality of the information you process. Perfectly bilingual (French / German), you master current IT tools (MS Office, Outlook.)
