With 1.5 million members, the Touring Club Suisse is the largest mobility club in Switzerland. For 125 years, it has been committed to the promotion of individual mobility and leads initiatives of public interest, particularly in the areas of road safety and consumer protection. As a non-profit organization, the TCS provides advice for safe, economical and sustainable mobility to the entire Swiss population, regardless of the means of transport used. The privileged interlocutor of the authorities, the TCS intervenes in a competent and factual manner in the political debate to promote the free choice of means of transport and a quality infrastructure.
In the event of illness or serious incidents during the trip, we take care of medical repatriation or cover the costs for a premature return to Switzerland. To strengthen the Case Management team for Personal Assistance (ETI booklet), we are looking in Vernier / Geneva for a Case Manager or a Case Manager.

Handling of requests (phone calls, emails) for assistance from members in difficulty (illness, accident, unforeseen events) in Switzerland and abroad and seeking suitable solutions for each situation by organizing the appropriate measures
Coordination of the course of operations with local providers / doctors from the announcement of the case until the return to Switzerland of our members
Responsibility for the organization, quality and costs of logistics resources throughout the repatriation
Contact person and reference for families, service providers, case workers
Work in an interdisciplinary team (doctors, Front / Back Office manager) with irregular schedules including weekends and a maximum of 3 nights per month
Graduated in Case Management (CAS) with a first experience in the field or confirmed experience in international medical assistance wishing to train in Case Management (CAS)
Person fluent in German / Swiss German and French, and having a very good knowledge of Italian.
If possible, good knowledge of English, any other language welcome
Interest and availability for ad hoc assistance interventions on site, also abroad
Team spirit, autonomy, great resistance to stress
Capacity for analysis and rapid initiative in complex situations
Very good social and oral and written communication skills
Loving person and available to work in a team with irregular schedules, with frequent schedules during the day, evening, weekend and night (3 nights worked per month)
