In order to complete our Human Resources Unit, based in Morges, we are looking for a
Experience required of at least 10 years as an HR Business Partner.
For the benefit of a confirmed experience of project management and change.
Helicopter vision and at the same time, great reactivity.
Strong customer orientation, sense of service and collaboration, availability, good listening and observation skills.
Open personality, sense of contact and interpersonal skills.
Significant autonomy, capacity for initiative.
Deploy the HR strategy within the units entrusted.
Act as a sparring partner with managers to design an organization adapted to business challenges (organizational design).
Ability to break down strategic business objectives into operational action plans for the scope in charge.
Proposal force on the change management of managerial innovations in the line.
Pilot the operational execution of the change in the lines.
Advise and support the lines on all operational and strategic issues.
Support managers in understanding human issues and the development of their teams.
Guide and support managers in its scope to plan short and medium term skills needs. As such, identify key positions within its scope of action and put in place appropriate succession plans.
Initiate development interviews with key employees.
Daily links with the HR Development department, the Health and safety team at work (follow-up of action plans with OHS).
Management of difficult situations, restructuring, health problems, conflicts, etc …
Contribute to social relations in the company in support of the HRD.
