The Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids in Dresden is a leading international research institute of the Max Planck Society (MPG) and conducts cutting-edge research in the field of materials science.
For the information technology area, we are looking for an experienced candidate for a limited period of 2 years as soon as possible
IT specialist (m / f / d)
Support and maintenance of media technology and multimedia installations
Independent support for event technology and video conference systems at events
on behalf of the institute’s VoIP systems
Documentation and troubleshooting in the area of responsibility
Instruction, access security and control of external companies in the area of responsibility
Operation and administration of systems for recording, processing and providing audio and video formats
You have successfully completed training as an information or system electronics technician, IT specialist or a profession that is similarly suitable for the job with equivalent experience and knowledge.
You have several years of professional experience.
You have extensive knowledge of conventional and digital media and event technology.
You work independently and bring commitment, reliability, willingness to work in a team and flexible working hours as well as a friendly demeanor.
Excellent communication skills in German and English complete your profile.
