Compliance Officer

Are you motivated by being very close to the decisions? Are you eminent at catching balls, coordinating and executing? And can you keep track of law, numbers, meetings and people – with a smile on your face? Then you might be our new Compliance Officer.

We are a rapidly growing group. Our strengths and focus is to develop new / newer companies. We work broadly, but primarily within finance, insurance, telecommunications and energy products for both private and small companies.

Our strength is clear in sales, service and administration as well as understanding what it takes to develop a business.

As our new Compliance Officer, one of your responsibilities will be to assemble the pieces so that we appear even more professional on the outside.

Your tasks will be diverse, but will include contain:

Assistance with legal dialogues (primarily with public authorities), legal assessments, advice and concrete case processing
Task and project management, ie. lead / coordinate on major tasks, ensure an overview of the management, help with distribution etc. employees in teams etc.
Ensure communication across departments in the company
Support initiatives in relation to the use of digital tools, plan for new tasks, etc.
Be a ‘go-to person’ for small and large
PA role for the CEO
Assist with the preparation of minutes, analyzes and presentations for e.g. board meetings
Preparation of presentations and review of accounts

To be successful in your new position, we expect you to:

Has practical experience with administrative work, compliance and GDPR. Has a good understanding of law, as we communicate with many different actors, including Forsyningstilsynet, Datatilsynet, Forbrugerombudsmanden, Skat m.fl.
Has a commercial mindset in relation to needs identification and relationship building, and can work with several companies under the same group
Is a good communicator in shifts and in speech
Is strong for relationships
Is structured
Is good at Excel, and has experience with finance and accounting
Can commit you in a young and creative environment with an open and welcoming attitude

Terms of employment

Salary according to qualifications. The position is 37 hours per week, and you will be employed in our Holding Company, but will work with all companies in which the group has interests.

Your workplace will be on Amager in nice facilities close to Lergravsparken metro station. We have a lunch arrangement, an informal tone, and you will have a lot of sweet colleagues who will help us reach our goals together.
