The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – an institution under public law – is the central real estate company of the federal government. It belongs to the business area of the Federal Ministry of Finance and acts according to the modern standards of the real estate industry. The main tasks are the uniform real estate management of the federal government, the real estate management and the real estate sale as well as the forest and nature conservation care of the site properties. Around 7,000 people work for BImA nationwide, spread across the headquarters in Bonn and nine directorates as well as at more than 120 locations.
The Munich Directorate is looking for a / one for the Facility Management division at the Plattling site on June 1, 2022:
Property manager (f / m / d)

The appointment will be limited to a material reason until December 31, 2023.
The area of responsibility includes the following activities:
Administration of official properties of the Bundeswehr:
Controlling the profitability of the properties, including
Cost planning and control
Implementation of cost controlling to optimize costs and income
Budget management, distribution and supervision
User advice, measures for quality assurance and customer satisfaction, complaint management
Action-related control of construction management
Lease administration and management
Perception of ownership, including
Monitoring contractual obligations
Exercise of monitoring duties
Processing of tax matters
Processing of claims and factual determinations
Data entry and maintenance in SAP
The following requirements are placed on you:
Completed university education (Dipl. (FH) / Bachelor) in the fields of business administration, real estate management, completed further training as a real estate specialist (IHK), certified business specialist (IHK) or comparable qualification
As practical as possible experience in real estate and property management
Knowledge of tenancy law and general contract law as well as business knowledge
Knowledge of SAP or the willingness to acquire it at short notice
Knowledge of standard IT applications (Microsoft Office)
Class B driving license and willingness to travel on business (also as a self-drive)
Good judgment combined with a willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
Good written and spoken skills
Customer / addressee-oriented behavior, ability to act in a team-oriented manner
A high level of motivation and the ability to become involved in changing areas of responsibility and to deal with increased workload independently, thoroughly and in a goal-oriented manner
Initiative and the ability to work creatively and in a structured manner
High degree of social skills, reliability, negotiating skills, assertiveness and confident demeanor
Willingness to perform a security check according to § 9 Paragraph 1 No. 3 SÜG (sabotage protection check)
