PITAYA is now a growing network of Thai Restaurants. After its numerous openings in France, the brand arrives in Lausanne. We are looking today to take the management of this new restaurant a (e)

Restaurant manager

After training in one of our establishments, your missions will be varied.

You are the guarantor of PITAYA standards, the sales coordinator and the team manager for which you are responsible. To do this, you are accompanied by an Assistant Manager.

Main missions :

1- Management.

Recruit Versatile Employees after validation by the Director of Operations.
Train new employees and franchise candidates at the point of sale.
Team management: plan working hours according to legislation (labor code and collective catering agreement), correction of clockings / schedules and management of absences.
Brief the team before each service.
Debrief with the team after each service (recognize a job well done, implement corrective actions if necessary).
Create and maintain team cohesion and a good working atmosphere.
Ensure the good performance of the point of sale in terms of staff safety.

2- Administrative and financial management.

Send cash reports to the accounting department and all accounting documents at the start of the week.
Manage raw materials, orders and stocks.
Enter delivery slips and losses on the cash register.
Manage collections and deposit receipts in the bank.
Complete weekly dashboards and send them to headquarters.

3- Point of sale management.

Provide a welcome and quality service.
Monitor and maintain the various equipment and materials.
Develop commercial activity, productivity and profitability of the point of sale.
Manage the commercial actions implemented by the head office.
Ensure the proper application of PITAYA standards and norms.
Ensure the cleanliness of the point of sale, compliance with HACCP hygiene and quality standards, Check the primary and secondary DLC.
Guarantee the point of sale environment (cleanliness, merchandising, supplies, etc.).
Profile description
You are a dynamic, motivated and organized person. You have excellent communication skills both in customer relations and in leading your team.

You have significant management experience in fast food or traditional catering. You master and know how to implement hygiene and food safety processes.
