NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Vestland, Bergen has a vacant 100% position as advisor / senior advisor, position code 1434/1364.
The position is placed in a salary range with a gross salary from NOK 543 500, – to kr. 594 300, -.
Tasks
Provide extended and individual vocational and work guidance to find work opportunities for people with extended guidance needs due to reduced functional ability.
Work interdisciplinary team. Collaborate with the Assistive Technology Center’s resources in the area of ​​the workplace and the subject area movement, sight, hearing and cognition to ensure good solutions in user matters. Case processing.
Contribute to the user gaining increased awareness of their own resources, understanding and mastering the disability related to work.
Networking and participation in development work to ensure good working methods and good service offerings to the user groups.
Provide NAV office assistance with follow-up at the workplace, city of education and city of action.
Be a support function for supervisors in NAV offices when preparing work ability assessments, for example by describing specific work opportunities, provide a basis for preparing plans, recommendations for measures and guidance with a view to ordinary work
Coordinate a review of adaptation needs in the workplace and testing of measures and tools.

Qualifications
education at bachelor’s level or higher in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, welfare science, social science education or pedagogy.
