The Saphir Foundation is dedicated to the medico-social field of the canton of Vaud. She is active in the reception and support of people who are weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process, in the fields of psychiatry of the elderly, geriatrics and adult psychiatry.

You take part in their support as a whole while taking into account their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. You participate in the development of support projects and provide medico-delegated acts under the delegation of the graduate nurse and will be able to favor interdisciplinary collaboration. In addition, you participate in the supervision of new employees, apprentices and interns in the support service.
YOUR BACKGROUND – YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS
You benefit from a CFC assistant in community care and health and have experience in accommodation.
You master the usual computer tools and have a perfect command of the French language.
You have a great sense of responsibility and an ability to adapt.
Your attitude is centered on the well-being of the People.
You have a good team spirit and are good for communication.
