What you gonna do
The Accommodation Specialist job is the perfect job to enter the world of Accommodation services, which is responsible for onboarding and support for all of our hosting partners.
An Accommodation Specialist offers support to the Accommodation Services Manager and will support the team in the registration of properties, new employment relationships, and in the coordination between the departments involved in the projects.
Educate partners on the use of ‘Extranet’ and monitor occupancy in real time
Assist in the activation of new accommodations (make and receive calls, tickets), process registrations to avoid problems.
Assist with customer service from partners and the Market Management Team with the highest integrity and quality.
Optimize content to maximize conversion
Prepare reports when necessary
Participate in market and competition studies (when necessary)
Assist in resolving problems with Key Accounts and connection when it comes to transactions, notifications, cancellations, etc.
Share and seek new experiences and knowledge
Responsible for meeting individual KPIs and team goals and following procedures
Promotion of supplier self-service support and maintenance
Increase operational efficiency and revenue within the team, and improve workflows between departments
Improve Net Promoter Scores / Hosting Partner Satisfaction Scores

What do we ask
Minimum FP Higher Degree required
At least 1 year of work experience in the related field would be desirable, although recent graduates are welcome to apply
Adaptable to new technologies, fast learner
Speak and write Spanish fluently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a strong ability to convince
Autonomous and results-oriented (track record of achieving ambitious goals)
Navigate well in ambiguous work environments (minimal structure or formalized processes)
Energetic and motivated personality
Adapts well and energizes with change
Must be operationally oriented
Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as the business needs.
Excellent fluency in English and French
Basic computer skills and MS Excel
