Development Manager CDD 8 MONTHS – M/F

Description of the mission
As part of maternity leave replacement.

The French Athletics Federation is looking for a person in charge of the development of Athlé Fitness and Health on an 8-month fixed-term contract.

You will operationally implement the Athlé fitness and health development plan (Nordic walking, Athléfit, test, etc.)

You will participate in the reflection on the development of Athlé Fitness & Health and will make recommendations on the various projects.

You will manage the Athlé fitness and health systems of the FFA on a daily basis (National Day, Special Operation, tools for promoting the practice, etc.), will intervene in the field at our events (Nordic walking events, Workathlé, etc.) and will lead health sports networks.

Type of employment: Full time, CDD

Salary: €2,000.00 to €2,100.00 per month

Capacity / ability:

Project management

Diplomas – experience (for information only):

Holder of a master’s degree (STAPS – project management or health) you have 3 years of experience in project management and/or development.

As the first Olympic sport, the FFA has built an ambitious development plan until the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, with the main ambition of increasing its attractiveness to all athletics practitioners.
