Incita is looking for a business consultant who can create results together with the citizens

Incita has almost 200 employees in the metropolitan area, Aarhus and Silkeborg. We are a bunch of passionate people who support people in their work and education, and there is progress in it – in teaching rooms, training rooms and out in the workplace. It is not always easy, but we make good results and get energy from watching people make progress.

We are currently looking for sharp business consultants for Incita’s Development Team, who support sickness benefit recipients and young unemployed people on their way to jobs and education. You are straightforward, positive, humorous and you like working with others. You know there are opportunities for everyone despite different challenges.

Your core tasks

Responsible for courses with young unemployed or people on sick leave, where you support them in progression and connection to jobs and education
Teach and facilitate teams about job search, company contact, CV writing, the labor market etc.
Contribute to professional sparring and case sparring in the team
Have contact with workplaces to follow up on the citizens’ progress
Use systemic and solution-focused methods in working with citizens
Document your work and prepare reports for the job centers
Participate and contribute to the development of Incita’s professional concepts and standards.

Experience in working with young unemployed / sick leavers with health challenges
Teaches, guides and advises groups and individuals.
Teaches about job search, the labor market, CV writing, etc.
Matches young unemployed and people on sick leave in relation to job openings
Has good wording skills in writing and speaking
Has a good mood and is a colleague who contributes with energy and desire to create a great workplace.
