Job Description
Commercial:

Monitoring of existing customers and suppliers

Prospecting new customers and suppliers

Transmission and follow-up of price requests

Customer and supplier data:

Creation and monitoring of CAPM data (customer, supplier, product and component files)

Registration and follow-up of orders and delivery programs

Monitoring of product and component stocks (inputs/outputs)

Administrative and accounting:

Editing and entering accounting documents

Monitoring of external organizations

Monitoring of regulations and suppliers

Profile Description
Initial training: higher education

Professional training: Accountant/commercial or logistics

Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position

Languages: English mandatory, German a plus

Organized, rigorous, autonomous person with a good sense of communication and priorities

Other skills: IT, Office Pack
