Right now we are looking for a claims adjuster!

Our business is growing and we are now looking for another member for our skilled “Frequency Claims Team” which is part of Wesman’s claims department. The main tasks will include, but are not limited to, claims settlement for an industrial manufacturer, with a global presence.

We would like you to:
Has experience and previous knowledge from claims settlement and recourse. This is a merit but not a requirement. You get a solid introduction and training from us to do the job.
Is accurate and efficient,
Is service-oriented and flexible,
Is a team player with good teamwork ability,
Has clear communication and language skills in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. The working language is English.
Area of ​​responsibility:
Manage claims (AZ) and recourse in accordance with specific routines for each business area and market,
Maintain a high level of service to our customers and their customers,
Register claims in our systems and continuously update the systems with correct information,
Take responsibility for any other information to maintain the account.
Start: Immediately / by appointment
Scope: Full time

Location: Västra Frölunda, Sweden.
