As a customer service employee with us, you will be part of a team in a larger department where we all have the same focus; to give our customers the best service! We are a company that is the market leader and we constantly offer our customers new services and innovations, and it is important that you can handle a high pace and at the same time maintain focus. Your task will be to handle incoming calls from our customers and answer questions concerning, among other things. alarm products, services, contracts and invoices. As we offer technical solutions, it is important that you have a technical understanding and good computer skills. We all take a great individual responsibility in the daily work but also by together creating a good work environment where everyone contributes, supports each other and takes their own initiatives.

Your profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in the service professions, preferably with some form of sales background. We take it for granted that you have a high level of service and where you put the customer first in all situations. If you also have some form of technical background or technical interest, it is a merit. Furthermore, we are happy to see that you have good computer skills and are used to working in an environment with a high pace where you can maintain focus at the same time. We work in teams, which means that it is important that you have great passion and commitment to both tasks and people around you so that together we can create a good workplace. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
