In the role of customer service employee at our customer, your primary tasks will consist of providing service via telephone, chat, email and social media. You will be offered a good salary and a nice office on Kungsholmen. It is possible to work from home, but it is a great advantage if you live in Stockholm and the surrounding area.
To succeed in the role, we see that you master Danish or Norwegian both orally and in writing. It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience from working in customer service or another service profession.
