Our customer is in need of a finance manager for their company who works with technical service to the customer. In the role, you will, among other things, have full responsibility for current accounting, accounts payable, deliveries, deposits and payments, monthly accounts and preparation for salaries. You are operationally responsible for the entire financial flow. It is a small organization and you report directly to the CFO and CEO. There is a lot of room for development in the role and the company invests heavily in the development of routines / processes and growth.

Start immediately or by appointment, great emphasis is placed on personality.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have previous experience of similar roles and preferably in smaller companies. You have at least a high school education and many years of experience in economics. It is a high merit with experience of a transaction-rich environment and service company. You have high system experience, it is an advantage to have experience of Fortnox and / or Visma and you want to push through digital projects. We are happy to see that you have a high level of administrative ability and a strategic mindset.

As a person, you are driven, unpretentious and social. You prefer to work at a high pace with many balls in the air and many contact surfaces. It is obvious for you to take great responsibility and run your work tasks independently. You are motivated by development and you thrive in an operational role with high responsibility. Furthermore, it is important that in your role you are humble, communicative and have the ability to create good relationships with customers and colleagues.
