About us
The camping department store started in 1968 and today has 31 employees and we have a turnover of about 130 million. We have now grown so much that we will soon inaugurate our new fantastic warehouse for Camping Equipment. In the middle of this, unfortunately, our current finance manager Jenny chooses to move on in her career and we of course wish her luck. That is why we are now looking for a replacement for our finance function. About the service
We deliver goods from Enköping and from completely newly built premises. The camping department store has grown every year since 2008. Your role as responsible for the finance department is to take care of the entire company’s finances, where you currently have 1½ employees. The job involves planning, organizing and distributing the work between you, but you are primarily responsible for the accounting. The role will mean ensuring up-to-date, correct info in systems & routines as well as rapid reporting in accordance with accounting practices, ensuring ongoing efficient management and sound internal control and ensuring correct financial & operational accounting.
In this role, it is important that you are thorough, communicative and proactive.

Daily leadership for the finance department
Manage current supplier and accounts receivable
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, annual reconciliations
Create a basis for the auditor for the annual accounts
Contact with auditors for local accounting and at annual accounts
Accounting and reconciliation of assets, salary, taxes and other closing related items
Manage and reconcile time accounting for employees and handle salary payments
In the event of changes in the company, reconciliation and reporting of internal project costs apply
Report and follow-up of Intrastat
Production of statistics
VAT accounting, follow-up and reporting
As we also deliver to Finland and Denmark, the VAT report also applies to these countries.

We are looking for you as:
Has at least five years of work experience in accounting
Has a relevant education
Is fluent in Swedish and English, speech and writing
Extra languages ​​such as Danish, Finnish or Norwegian are meritorious
