Your tasks:
Processing of all administrative HR processes from hiring to termination of employment
Participation in the monthly payroll accounting (DATEV)
Implementation of the recruiting process from the job advertisement to conducting job interviews to filling the position including onboarding
Maintenance of time management (ATOSS Time Control), the digital personnel file (IQDoQ) and the applicant management system (Haufe Umantis)
Competent contact person for employees, health insurance companies as well as offices and authorities
Creation of statistics, evaluations and reports
General administrative activities and collaboration on projects
Your profile:
Successfully completed commercial training
Work experience in human resource management
Ideally experience in recruiting
Knowledge of social security and income tax law
Confident use of the MS Office package
Enjoys performing administrative tasks and working in a team
Reliability, a high sense of responsibility and a structured and independent way of working
