We are looking for our future after-sales customer advisor (receiver) who will come to strengthen the workshop teams of our Auray dealership.
Our After-Sales Manager specifies: “I am looking for an employee with a very good customer service, a sense of business and who likes to work in a team. He will be the representative of the image of his service and his dealership. Because we are not nothing without our customers we have to be excellent!”
Be the representative of the After-sales service to customers and the spokesperson for customers in the workshop
Realize all the quotes requested by the client and ensure the follow-up of these quotes
Prepare client meetings
Ensure the reception of customers
Propose to the customer the interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the vehicle
Monitor the intervention and ensure that deadlines are met
Return the vehicle to the customer, explain his invoice and ensure his satisfaction
CDI to be filled as soon as possible.
From BAC to BAC+2 training, you have a successful experience in car reception.
You are organized, autonomous, and have customer satisfaction as a priority.
You are passionate about cars and have good knowledge of mechanics.
