Checking complex international contracts for risks, e.g. mutual dependencies of appointments, mainly in English
Creation of action lists, e.g. on documents and reports to be delivered, based on contract documents and deadline tracking
Creating status reports on the order progress for the customer
Contact person for questions about the course of the project, mainly in English
Claim management including preparation of offers and calculation, as well as enforcement of the claim against the customer
Deadline monitoring with regard to gear manufacturing in cooperation with the respective specialist department
Arranging the timely creation of contractually agreed customer documents and monitoring compliance with deadlines
Risk management with regard to the contractually agreed order fulfillment, e.g. lack of organizational requirements such as configuration management, lack of capacities or bad delivery of raw parts, etc.
Payment schedule monitoring
Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or international management or completed commercial vocational training with further training or professional experience
English fluent in spoken and written
Experience in project management advantageous
Experience in the commercial processing of orders
Good MS Office user skills
Basic knowledge of SAP
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
