Active in Western Switzerland, we help our clients to carry out their projects by providing comprehensive, efficient and sustainable energy solutions, whether in the production and distribution of electricity and heat, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning or water treatment. Are you comfortable in the administrative field and are you a Swiss salary professional? In order to complete our team, we are looking for our future:

Salary specialist (M/F) 80-100%

Assignment :

Coordinate, plan and ensure aspects relating to the preparation and payment of salaries;
Establish monthly salary statements, from the processing of variable data to the control of expense sheets, as well as the processing of family allowances, withholding tax, etc.;
Provide the necessary information and advice to collaborators, superiors or external bodies;
Maintain all files independently, from controlling annual vacation entitlements to monitoring accident and illness processes, as well as the indicators in our various dashboards;
Close the current accounts of the various social insurances and carry out all the related administrative tasks.

Profile :

Commercial employee CFC or training deemed equivalent;
Experience of 2 to 5 years confirmed in a similar position;
Good knowledge of all HR aspects, in particular payroll accounting, social insurance and labor law;
Good command of MS-Office and SAP tools;
Of French mother tongue, good knowledge of German a real asset;
Dynamism, reliability, having a sense of responsibility, discretion, adaptability, spirit of analysis and synthesis, ease in contacts and figures, rigor, team spirit and discretion.
