What does your everyday life look like?

As team leader for the telesales department at the moment. consisting of 4 salespeople, your working day will consist of a combination of own direct sales and employee responsibility. We expect the telesales team to grow significantly in the future, and we are constantly looking for new talent for the sales team. You and your employees have good career and development opportunities, and you will to a very large extent set the future framework for your future team.

Your primary tasks:

50% of your time is spent with daily management and development of your employees, i.a. with coaching, development, feedback interviews etc.
The remaining 50% of the time you lead by example
Ongoing follow-up and reporting on activities, budget and KPIs
The working day will be characterized by high spirits and fun jokes among the happy colleagues in your team
Recruitment in the form of both search and job interviews in collaboration with the management
Retention of existing employees
Great opportunity to set the framework for the department. In close collaboration with the sales manager, you will make strategic plans for the department as well as individual career plans

You have experience with outreach sales and management. You are able to understand the challenges of your customers, you understand the customer’s mindset, and you are motivated by a culture with high expectations for both activities and results.
