We in Sandvika district are looking for two new nurses for our team!
We have recently started up with a separate outpatient team that will assist the Sandvika ward and the Tanum ward with nursing tasks.
As a nurse with us, you will be part of a team with high professional competence. We are several who have further education, including in acute geriatrics, palliative care, dementia and geriatric psychiatry. With us, you will have the opportunity to structure your own workday, as well as have close follow-up of patients living at home.


We are looking for you who are curious, independent and confident in the role of nurse.

In Bærum municipality, the home must be the first choice for all the inhabitants. It places great demands on us as a service to meet the nursing technical and the professional. As we receive more advanced treatment and care of patients at home, it also becomes more professionally challenging and exciting to work in an outpatient team. By equipping ourselves with a team that can meet tomorrow’s challenges, we want to prepare the service to treat and assist more patients who want to be at home despite the need for advanced treatment and care.

Provide necessary health care to patients in their own home
Participate in developing competence and a new structure in outpatient nursing teams
You will make nursing observations, implement measures and carry out follow-up of patients living at home
Ensure sound nursing and care services in line with quality requirements and legislation
Supervision of nursing students and colleagues
Ensure that the necessary procedures and routines are prepared
Facilitate and coordinate the service together with the patients and ensure that user participation is maintained
Collaborate interdisciplinary with the specialist health service, GPs and the municipal health service in general
Norwegian authorization as a nurse. HPR number is registered in the CV
Applicants from countries outside Scandinavia must have passed Norwegian test C1 or equivalent
Driving license class B
Familiar with the use of relevant IT tools
Knowledge of legislation for the service area

The nurse on call is offered a basic salary which is currently NOK 35,000 above the guaranteed salary in the KS area’s collective agreement. In the case of relevant continuing education, a minimum of 30 credits, an additional NOK 10,000 in increased basic salary may be offered

A valid police certificate in accordance with the Health and Care Services Act § 5-4 must be submitted before joining
